Welcome to the IForm home page. IForm is an Internet-based application developed by the Ohio Historic Preservation Office of the Ohio Historical Society. IForm was created to facilitate the completion and submission of Ohio Historic Inventory and Ohio Archaeological Inventory forms online.

Please review the System Requirements to ensure that your computer meets or exceeds the requirements. If you have the necessary configuration, please review the Getting Started with IForm documentation prior to downloading the IForm browser application. The Ohio Archaeological Inventory IForm User's Guide and the Ohio Historic Inventory IForm User's Guide are also available for download. For information on preparing your digital images for inclusion in the IForm applications, please review the Ohio Historic Preservation Office IForm Digital Imagery Standards.
